How-To
This How-To section is intended for people who are new to the process of assessing needs, developing a project plan, and then working the plan. If you're seasoned, you may have your own process. The following stages are the main ones typically used when project planning.
Note: Every project is different and may require different methods. Delivering your intended results, making the project an enjoyable experience for everyone (including yourself), and doing no harm are some of the most important items to include in Project Planning. As long as that is done, you will succeed.
