Although most of us do not look like the picture above, it is an example of the exterior of the human body.

1) Nutrition

We begin with proper Nutrition. Everyone needs a constant, rich, and easy-to-assimilate supply of nutrients in the body and blood at all times. If we want our body to repair and heal, this is a critical step. All Americans fall short of the minimum recommended intake of nutrients. Therefore, we need to become familiar with: what to eat; what not to eat; how often and; Super Foods - the richest and most nutrient-dense foods and herbs on the planet.

2) Elimination

Almost every American is constipated (even if they have diarrhea) and eventually develops bowel diseases. This retention of toxic waste poisons the body, depresses our immunity, and keeps us from self-repairing. 3) Immune System

The stress of modern life tends to beat us down (because we don't address the mind component), depleting and depressing our immune functions. Yet, our immune system is the most important system in the body for protecting and healing. For most people, however, their immune system is limping along, if not almost non-operational. But, if we supercharge it, we will witness a transformation occur that allows us to begin focusing in on that which is our mission in life - as Socrates noted above. 

4) Detoxification

No one expects their car engine to run forever without routine maintenance such as oil changes, radiator flushes, transmission fluid replacement, new spark plugs, and a tune-up. This is just common sense. So, if we think our body is going to maintain itself without our helpful intervention, then we will become intimately familiar with western medicine and its drugs to get us through the day. The alternative is routine, preventative maintenance using simple detoxes a few times each year at relatively low costs to sustain that amazing body of ours.

Our bodies can transform from a diseased state to perfect health! It just needs our help.

And if we're not operating at peak performance, consuming better foods and super foods provides us with the powerful nutrition that creates the health we need. First, we have to eat right by eating better more often. We may not eat perfectly each meal or each day, but your percentage of days taking in great foods for you individually has to be 80% or better. Otherwise, you're asking for illness to come visit you. Also, one person's beneficial food is another person's harmful food. We each have to figure out what foods work best for us.

Vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotics, fats, carbs, and a whole host of other ingredients combine to make us healthy. For instance, vitamins are essential organic compounds that we need to eat every day as our body cannot manufacture them. They are vital. That's where the name "vitamins" originates.

Now, the main reason our bodies deplete and break down is because they do not get enough high-quality nutrients, or fuel, to do their job. So, if we need hormones, immune cells, nerve cells, healthier organs, and richer blood, we can't build that with soda and junk food. But with supernutrition, anything is possible.

Over 80% of Americans admitted to hospitals are nutritionally anemic, lacking in many major nutrients. The American kitchen is now a microwave, which destroys nutrients. Our kids dining room table is now the backseat of our cars while eating fast food. Home cooking has been replaced with convenience meals. Farm-fresh has been replaced with flash-frozen and 10,000 preservatives.

Additionally, it's not how much we consume food-wise; it's how much we assimilate. We can swallow anything, but that does not mean our body will absorb it. Further, we cannot assimilate oyster shells, coral, iron ore, or synthetic chemicals.
